Order Processing
This section allows you to track orders through Payment, Dispatch and Delivery. You are able to move orders from one section to another and view all the relevant details.

Credit Accounts
This section allows our shop owners to create and control Credit Accounts for their customers.

Application by a customer
When completing an order payment one of the options made available is to apply for a Credit Account. Whether or not this option is available is decided by the Shop Owner on the "Payments Type" page. If a customer selects the option he is required to complete a detailed application form which is submitted to the Shop Owner for consideration and the applicants name is added to the Credit Control System.

Agreeing/Rejecting an Account
After completing the required checking procedures the Shop Owner is able to allow or reject the application. An E-Mail in suitable terms is sent automatically to the customer.

Setting up an Account
When the application is being agreed the Shop Owner is able to specify the terms of agreement, the Credit Limit, and the payment system. According to the choices made our system controls the expenditure made by each Credit Customer, warning them of limits, and offering alternative payment systems if limits are temporarily exceeded.

Controlling Credit Accounts
The Shop Owner is able to monitor payments and assign payments to the customer's accounts. A Credit account can be suspended or enabled at any time.
