Reports come in two flavours. Dynamic - that is up to the minute reports, and monthly. Monthly reports are generated and written to file on the last second of every month and may be printed out for your records. Monthly reports are archived for 14 months, so you can get a copy if you need one. To print your reports select the 'print preview' option and then the 'print' button on your browser. It's that easy.

Reports
The E-Commerce Wizard is excellent at record keeping and provides detailed information on:

Customer Records: Full customer details, including address, telephone number, etc. Each customer is given a unique I.D. number that makes keeping track of them all very simple.

Sales Report: Full sales details, sorted by stock number.

Invoices: Complete details of all Sales Invoices.

Associates List: Similar to the Customer Records report, it keeps track of all of your associates and their activities.

Commissions report: Keeps you in your associates' good books by calculating what you owe them - including any VAT - and generating an internal invoice by which you can pay them.
