It couldn't be simpler. The day after you receive a paid order, Securicor collect it from you and deliver it to your UK customer by 5.00pm the next working day. Overseas deliveries obviously take longer. (Note : there are a few areas in the UK, particularly on islands, where a next day service is not possible).

Carriage Charges
The charges for this service are highly competitive and can be calculated in two ways.

Single Parcel Rate: For single parcels up to 25Kg. £8.00 per parcel plus VAT. For a higher charge (£13.60 plus VAT) delivery can be guaranteed by 10.00am the next working day.

Same day delivery is available within the UK. The option can be added to your e-shop by request.

The Multiple Parcel Rate is based upon the total weight of a consignment to a single address. All parcels over 25Kg are charged for using this rate.

Under normal circumstances, the single parcel rate is the cheaper option, so if a consignment consists of more than one parcel and the combined weights total less than 25kg, taping them together should save money.

Shipments using the multiple parcel rate require more information concerning weight etc. to be entered. You will need to make sure that all information is entered correctly as understating the consignment weights will lead to your shop being suspended.

The Net-Wizards software allows your customers to see the actual cost of distribution anywhere in the world, and the cost is automatically added to the value of their invoice.
