Associates are individuals or companies that place Banner Adverts on their web sites in order to direct their site visitors to your products and services. Of course, if these visitors buy something from you, the referring associate will expect to be paid a commission on that sale.

In order to enter into such an arrangement you will need to be able to track and identify all visitors coming to your site as a result of your associates' efforts. As you can imagine, this would require very sophisticated and expensive software. At least it would without Net Wizards.

Your Net Wizards E-Commerce programme takes care of all of this work - and much besides. All you need to do is write the commission cheques and mail them to your associates!

Every Associate that joins your Associate Programme automatically gets their own special Website from where they can learn about your programme, track numbers of visitors from their site to yours, see financial reports on their commissions and upload new Banner Adverts to their websites.

Again, this is a major piece of development work done for the benefit of Net-Wizards member's.

Visitor records
This section gives you reports on the visitors that have come from each Associate's site. This gives you the opportunity to see which Associates are most effective and to try and find others with similar websites.

Add Associate
This allows you to add a new Associate to your system.

Commission %s
From here you can set up the commission percentages you will pay to your Associates and Sub Associates. These percentages are automatically entered into the contract documents we have prepared for you to use between your Associate and yourself. (See below)

Define Terms and Conditions
We have prepared a contract between a company and their associates. This section allows you to edit that contract to suit your requirements. Please note NetMedia has only provided the standard version contract as a service function, and NetMedia takes no responsibility as to its particular suitability for you. You should print a copy of the agreement and show it to your lawyer. Having received your lawyers advice you can enter the text he prepares in this section to replace our sample.

Send E-Mail to Associates
We have prepared an e-mail programme that you can use to send e-mail to your Associates easily. You can select to send one message to all of them, or select individuals separately.

Banner Management System
This is the heart of your Associate Programme. From here you can upload Banner Adverts that your Associates can select to add to their Web Pages. There are two types of Banner, one for advertising your shop, and one to advertise the Associate Programme. Anyone applying to become an Associate from the website of an existing Associate becomes a Sub-Associate of the person whose website he found the Associate Programme Advert on.
