Payment Methods and VAT
As we said already you can offer your customers a variety of different types of payments methods. On this page you can specify which you allow, and also, for each method, whether you will allow the delivery address to be different than the payment address.

This is also the page where you enter your VAT number (if registered), set your VAT rates and make any changes that might be required following a change in rates. If you are registered for VAT, any customers living in the EU will be charged VAT at the appropriate rate. Customers from outside the EU will not be charged VAT.

Categories
This button creates the catalogue headings under which you will list your products. Even if you only have one product you must create a category heading. The category headings in our Gift Shop demo store are, for example: Gifts for Men, Gifts for Women, etc.

Products
This is where you list your products under the various category headings. You can list all the products in a particular category by using the 'Products' button and following the simple on-line instructions to add prices, products descriptions and images.

Products are listed in two places. First, in the Categories section where you include a short description of your product and a thumbnail image. Customers can purchase directly from this page if they want.

Second, on the product's own page. This is where you describe your product in more detail and includes a larger picture. It is from this page that most sales will probably be made.

For faster page loading, we recommend that thumbnails be no more than 250 x 250 pixels and larger images 450 x 450 pixels. As always, of course, you can upload larger images if you so wish. With Web Wizards the choice is always yours.

The product specific page is also where you enter VAT details for individual products. You can also select the 'Sell by this Date' and Keep a track of my Stock' features, should you so wish. These features can turn on or off product by product.

Appearance
This button allows you to control how your shop looks. You can design your shop's appearance to fit with that of an existing web site or to match your corporate image. You can upload your logo, add news stories, and a host of other features. All you need to do is follow the on-screen instructions.

Trading Details
This is where you can enter and change your business details.

Upload Sheet
Another unique feature of the E-Commerce Wizard. This is a very useful tool. Once you have built your shop you can download a file that can be opened in Microsoft Excel. You can then work off-line and change as many category, product or pricing details as you wish.

By saving the Excel file in CSV format, you can then use the UPLOAD button to update your shop both quickly and easily.

This is a major tool for businesses with large stock lines.
