What are Net-Wizards ?
Net-Wizards are a suite of tools that have been produced by NetMedia Scotland Limited to enable people without programming knowledge to easily add functionality to their websites.

Why would I use Net-Wizards?
Net-Wizards has very professional products aimed specifically at the UK business sector. In our opinion, our E-Commerce Wizard is superior to anything purporting to be an equivalent system. In addition to this product, we offer a range of supplementary tools; all suited to have the same look, feel and ease-of-use. What does the E-Commerce Wizard allow me to do?
The E-Commerce Wizard allows stock to be sold across the Internet with a variety of payment procedures, such as Credit Cards, Invoicing, etc.

What does the Conference Wizard allow me to do?
The Conference Wizard allows you to conduct secure (private) business meetings with multiple participants who are separated geographically.

What does the Associate (Affiliate) Programme allow?
The Associate programme allows you to pay a reward to owners of other websites who advertise your website on theirs. Critically, in our system, these rewards are only paid when you make a sale.

Do I need to have a website ?
Net-Wizards have been designed with the intention of letting you add our Wizards to your existing website. It is believed that 60% of UK businesses have got websites, but only 1½% of them are E-Commerce enabled. However our Web Page Designer Wizard can build a complete website with that.

In addition our BrochureWare product makes it very economical for a company to start on the web, and of course NetMedia also offers a full design and implementation service.

Will I require to arrange a secure server ?
No, Net-Wizards has done everything for you.

Initially we are offering E-mail support plus the use of our Conference Help Room.

How long does it take to set up Net-Wizards ?
The Net-Wizards system is designed for ease-of-use and understanding. The length of time it takes to set up is dependent on the number of stock items in your store. To make the process as fast as possible, Net-Wizards has designed a special upload tool to enter information about your stock in an MS Excel spreadsheet. Our computers are able to understand the information on that spreadsheet and enter it automatically to your shop.

How long do transactions take to be authorised and cleared ?
Even with secure procedures the transactions clear in seconds.

Will I receive confirmation of payment ? Yes, a message will be sent to confirm payment has been cleared, also you will receive a copy of the Invoice that is automatically sent to your customer and you will also receive notification about the uplift of your goods for delivery. (If you have selected to use the incorporated delivery service).

Having set up the E-Commerce Wizard, can I amend the number of products I sell?
You can change EVERYTHING in your shop from its appearance to its stock at any time, from any computer very easily and quickly. Also, our computers automatically record the number of products you are selling in your store. Your monthly hosting fee is calculated on the number of products you have recorded at any one time. Are there any products or services I cannot sell ?
No gambling or Adult services can be sold while using Net-Wizards to sell over the Internet.

Can I initiate refunds where necessary ?
Yes, by sending an e-mail or Fax to NetBanx quoting the NetBanx reference of the transaction.

If I already have a Merchant Account do I still need to apply for one ?
Our system is designed to use the NetBanx Merchant Account. It is simple, easy to use, and very competitive. If for any reason an application from NetBanx is refused, and you already have a Merchant Account, or obtain one from elsewhere, we will make special arrangements to incorporate it.

What Credit/Debit Cards does Net-Wizards accept ?
Net-Wizards accepts all major Credit and Debit cards as shown below. NetBanx can process all Visa and MasterCard credit cards, plus American Express, Diners Club, Eurocard, JCB, Switch, Delta and Visa affiliated debit cards.

Who pays for the Credit Card Processing ?
The merchant pays the MSC (Merchant Service Charge) and NetBanx will collect this automatically.

Is Net-Wizards easy for my customers to use ?
Ease of use was a primary design consideration, for both the owner and the user on line or customer. In the case of the E-Commerce Wizard, once the items are selected and placed in the shopping trolley, the customer enters the card details, this is then authorised and a withdrawal is made from the account in seconds. To save your customers time filling in forms in the future, we have made a special feature that allows our database to store customer information for future use, meaning the next time they wish to purchase something from ANY Net-Wizards store they will only need to enter their User Name and Password, and then all their details will be brought up automatically. All they will have to do is change any if they are out of date. It is offered as a convenient aid to you and your customers in shopping on the Internet. We consider it as very important that all customers to Net-Wizards stores are assured that their details will not be distributed to other parties for commercial reasons. If Net-Wizards receives complaints regarding any store owner acting in an unethical fashion we withhold the right to withdraw our services.
