Date: 25/01/2004 Author: John Sutherland		My G G grandfather, Alexander Sutherland was killed by a train at Todholes between Halkirk and Thurso on December the 7th 1882. It is believed that he was going to visit his daughter Helen Bain who lived on a farm near the track. On his death certificate his age was 71, His parents were John and Esther Sutherland. Anyone out there know of this family.
